This proposal reconnects the disparate fragments and creates a continuous circuit that allows the public to fluidly move between the Navy Pier, DuSable Park, the Harbor and Lake Michigan.
In order to maximize the projects engagement with the variety of contexts, we propose a loop made up of several systems. While each system plays a unique role, it is their collective behavior that activates the waterfront. At the center of the Park
