Located in the South Park neighborhood of Downtown LA, the proposed residential tower would have views of the LA skyline to the north. The proposal seeks to shift the mass of the tower from the east over to the north in order to maximize views to the LA skyline at the upper levels.

Sumit proposed and developed the design solution and led the development of the residential layouts to support the concept.
