New Hope Duplex

Replacing a derelict 100 year old structure, the new duplex attempts to create harmony and dialogue across the two units and with its site. While both units were clad in cedar, they each utilize a distinct approach.

Sumit developed the project from SD, DD, and finally CD and, during construction, participated in the CA effort.
