MONTEREY BAY: RECREATION CENTER
At the CSU Monterey Bay campus, we are creating a proposal for a kinesiology department that is combined with a recreation center. It is a space that combines academia and recreation to allow students to study the activity that surrounds them. Check back soon!
CHICAGO: WATERFRONT LOOP
Lakeshore Park is an incredible waterfront park that allows Chicago continuous access to Lake Michigan — except at the mouth of the Chicago River. Currently, the area is quite dormant and not exactly capitalizing on its waterfront location. We saw this as an opportunity to make something that connected the greenbelt back together, allowing the park’s activity to continue over and across the Chicago River. We created a new mini loop.
KANAZAWA: MUSEUM FOR CONTEMPORARY ART
Setting out to challenge the notion of white galleries, this project creates a museum experience that brings its context inside the art galleries.
SAN FRANCISCO: OFFICE INTERIOR
We investigated the opportunities of renovating an office space for a tech company in the Bay Area. Through a series of quick studies, we were able to help the client understand the costs and timeline associated with moving forward on the property.
PRINCETON: CULTURAL CENTER
It’s currently a very quiet and introverted building that used to be an old farmer’s market that has since been transformed into a community hub and cultural center. It is now a place of worship, education and community in Princeton that we hope to develop into an icon in the area. Culture deserves to be carried down through the generations and we want to allow these spaces to facilitate that moving forward. Check back soon!
