Studio Hillier was engaged to investigate strategies to increase the density of residential units at the historic Heathcote Farm. The solution was an apartment structure built into the hillside, which would retain a low profile and remain deferential to the historic main house on the grounds.

Sumit proposed and developed the design during Concept and Entitlements.
