Three multifamily units replaced a derelict structure on a small site in Princeton. The first unit respects the scale of the street by keeping a low, two-story profile, while the other two units grow taller to include a third story. Given the unusually small site area available, all outdoor spaces are provided above each unit in the form of roof decks.

Sumit proposed and developed the design for this development project across concept, entitlements, and DD phases.
