2 Boutique Office Buildings

The proposed two buildings are situated back-to-back, one facing Ritch Street and the other facing Zoe Street. Though they are separate buildings, they were treated and designed as a pair, with similar facade strategies. The zoning code required the massing of both buildings to be terraced down to a lower street wall.

Sumit worked with the SOM team, consultants, and the Client Rep to continue the entitlements effort by preparing responses to and updating the drawing set in response to the city’s comments.
